Welcome to our practice! My name is Dr. Carmion Pope, AP, DOM, Dipl. AC, CPHPCA. I am a nationally and state-certified Doctor of Chinese medicine, as well as an alternative family practice physician. I have been practicing acupuncture & holistic medicine in South Florida for 14 years.
I graduated from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (ATOM), with a master’s degree in Chinese medicine and a bachelor’s degree in Western medicine. Prior to that, I earned my undergraduate from Webber International University, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an associate degree in marketing.
Previously, I worked independently for six years with Dr. Robert Dudley and Dr. Christine Shim, in the Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches (MSPB) group. In addition to my Boynton Beach practice, I worked for three years in Broward County, in the Neurology Department of Sunrise Medical Group. While there, I headed their alternative program’s three offices. I then left that practice and the one in Boynton to open my own alternative clinic.
